Down at the docks in Bristol this weekend greenbean met Beck and Revkah from once. Their community theatre "tombola with a difference" invited festival-goers to consider flavours and recipes from different communities, and how food is integral to our identity.

A clever and inspiring peice of food culture communication. Greenbean hopes that in the near future the duo will use this website to share more of their saved flavours... and in the mean time why don't you, dear listener, use the comment thingy below to suggest your own flavour to save?

Haverfordwest Farmer's Market

Currently editing interviews that I made at Haverfordwest last week. The star of the show is Paddy, a savant six year-old gastronomer.  He's been known to invent illness on a Friday so he can skip school and go to the market with his Mum!! I'm just putting this up as a taster for the time being.......
