Billed as "Britains Wackiest Food Event", Green-Bean had to take part in the SAUSAGE TRAIL at the Ludlow food and drink festival.
Truly an excelent experience, delicious sausages and wonderful help from George and his Mum, Jane!
Steve (George's Uncle), with his funny ideas about roadside caffs gets a comment from the Sausage King Check out his wicked website people!!
I'm looking forward to interviewing the Benbow he's anxious to be properly represented. There's mileage in the debate about the quality of sausages. Use the comments box below to air your views.
There could be trouble as the mob find the "experts" choice hard to swallow!!
Music recorded live at the event, from The o'Farrel's Frolics or and Streets Alive

I called in at that Caf on the A49 last week - old caravan
Expecting a sticky sausage - maybe pork and leak - or perhaps something more fancy - based on what you said - lets face it that was the only reason why I called in - to see this fancy nosh - but no - cheap as you like........ pork mess
You have allot to answer for Green Bean.......
Steve
my view is that they saw you coming.
Mind you Steve, this reveals you as a bit of a closet sausage snob.. i thought you loved the old pork mess??!
By the way, how were the winning "pork and lemon" sausages that George bought for you from Ludlow?
That lad certainly had his taste buds tuned to the people's choice! I was well impressed with his sausage tasting skills!
Still my cheap as chips banger was lashed with brown sauce and did the job.
The posh bangers you talk about have been feed to the cats they have more taste - i'm just off to MACE to purchase some of Mr Wallis pinky fingers... umm ear
